I am beyond angry and disappointed with my experience at Viscogen. I went in for back pain, desperate for relief, and instead I walked out in more pain and $165+ poorer. At the consultation, they told me I had to get X-rays before any adjustments could be done—something I paid for out of pocket, even though I have a 4-month-old baby at home and money is tight. I had a free consultation the other day with Dr Jason McWhiter who is an extremely knowledgeable and caring individual, He was very thorough and eventually determined that I should not receive spinal decompression or chiropractic adjustment of my lower back. Thank you Dr McWhiter for saving me from possible complications should I have had further treatments. I will certainly return for any other chiropractic needs.
Great customer service and excellent advice from the staff. Brooklyn provided me with a few options to help reduce my knee pain. I highly recommend ViscoGen for future needs.
