The worst attitudes i have ever seen. The new Blue Haired self proc;aimed manager bit my head off and was rude. Yep have supported this place for years until they without notifying me took 3.14 cents from my credit card. Please change how you do business.

Visart is awesome! -- Charlotte's best secret – This place is great. If you want ideas for movies, go here. They have everything, well classified and organized. The staff are a little bit surly, but they warm up if you ask for help or suggestions and they are incredible, when it comes to knowing movies and figuring out a gem you would like. The one bad review down there is somebody who was unhappy about being charged his late fee afetr seven months. Jeez! You ought to pay your late fee in less than seven months. Best movies in Charlotte, PERIOD! – I don't have cable so I rent movies and cartoons and tv shows all the time. Visart is the only place I go to. The people there are really friendly and know so much about movies! The prices are very reasonable, around 3 bucks for 5 days . I bring my movies one or 2 days late all the time but as long as you bring it back and pay the couple bucks late fees, it's all good. Their foreign selection is the best in Charlotte. Support your local indie store – I love this store and go nowhere else. I bring my dogs in which is rad because no other store allows pets. I can ask about anything to anyone that works there and they are always willing to help. The people that work here are film gurus and they enjoy what they do. Not to mention, they have a couch and table so you can hang out. I will say that I think 3 nights for a new release is rather short but overall, I support this little establishment. So yeah, I just got ripped off – So I was impressed with their selection to begin with. I rented a few movies here and there, but last time I was there was months and months ago. I just got a call from their manager, after I posted an initial review of their "customer support"; my account was charged a "late fee" without notice after 7 months of inactivity, and I was quite unhappy with it. Red Box Destroyer? I think NOT! – I love how they categorize older movies by Director, you love David Lynch movies, they're all together. You love Anime, they got that too. Also, they will straight up tell you if a movie is good, bad or excellent.

For real movie buffs – If you are interested in only the current pap, go to Red Box. If you are a real movie freak, this is the place for you! They have close to everything, including the silent classics. As a real plus, the service is great.

By far... – ... the best video store in Charlotte. If they don't have the movie you're looking for, you're probably not going to find it anyplace else. So much better than any of the "chain" video stores.

Make room in your wallet for a pass to this playground for movie-lovers. – The Skinny Once upon a time, a disappointed viewer found multiple copies of "Ernest Saves Christmas" at the local video store, but not one tape of Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai."
