Above and way beyond! After 15 years one of my large windows began to fog up. Per the lifetime gaurantee I called Milgard and was sent a repair date after sending pictures and size of the window. At 7 a.m. "Dave" rang my doorbell and explained his parter was minutes out. He examined the window to be repaired and then said, "I noticed one of your front windows is askew, not seated correctly.
