Wanted to give a fantastic shout out to Steve and his company! What a smooth experience came in on Monday and we're out Thursday morning The crew was so efficient and polite, cleaning up at all times and to Top it off we have a beautiful new roof!!! Thanks to all of you!
The roof on my house in Hanford was nearing the end of its life. Even though it looked okay and I had no issues, my homeowners insurance notified me they would not renew. So I have been searching for a roofing company. I did my due diligence, getting quotes from 3 or 4 contractors. For myself, getting quotes was a good indicator how they might preform the job. THUMBS DOWN!! I contacted this company 2 months ago, or more to have a patio added on to my house. A guy came, measured, took my information, gave me a card with his cell number. Each time I called his cell phone I immediately got, "on another call, I'll call you back." NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK! I have called 3-4 times and spoke with the owner. Same answer, "We're working on a quote." I called again yesterday and left a message to call me. NO RESPONSE AGAIN! I guess they don't want my business or my money. What horrible bu... read more
