Incompetent and Negligent Work I would not hire Visalia Plumbing, or rely on the testimony of a secretary or employee of a company that does not know the intricate details of their work. I made the mistake of hiring Visalia Plumbing for a Kitchen remodel. After Drywall was installed and finish surfaces applied to the interior of the Kitchen it was discovered the sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator had not been plumbed to the cold water lines. Hire I find the "do not hire" review highly suspicious. I work in our office everyday , I did not recieve any complaints of this magnitude. I do believe if a customer is this dissatified they would have called us and let their complaints be known. Visalia Plumbing has been in business since 1985, if any of these claims were true, I don't think we would still be in business today. Sincerely, Gail Finn 627-LEAK (5325)
Great work. We had our Main line to the house break and had to have the pipes dug up.The man dug a huge hole and didn't take a break.I was impressed.He came well prepared and organized.He even explained what he was doing to my 7 yr son who supervised.I thought that was super nice.
DO NOT HIRE I am a construction Manager. Mike Finn and his son in law, Robert, were not able to install plumbing in a bathroom correctly, and have caused more damage than good. The repair bill to fix their plumbing work was three times the cost of the installation. A second plumbing company had to be hired to repair the work done by Visalia Plumbbing. On another project the business attempted to try and bill $2000 for the installation of 10 feet of PVC Pipe in a wall. They are negligent, incompetent, and will use every oppor... read more
