Customer service is disrespected here. After being a great customer for 7 years I was lied to, disrespected,( told that my receipt was fake and was not a receipt cuz it didn't have an invoice number on it. In all the time I paid on the cubesmart ap, my receipt was my proof of payment. I paid my august payment in person. as well at $613Then was put under duress and forced to pay a $200 lock out fee after the locks being cut the day before and allowed to take our 1/2 of the unit out plus was given a key code to get in the next... read more
The manager was very polite and friendly. More than willing to help and very easy to talk to. Never seen such amazing customer service. Brandon definitely has me referring cubesmart to everyone I know
Great experience and great service. Brandon made the whole process from checking out my unit to filling out the paperwork hassle free. Very friendly and customer oriented. I definitely recommend checking out this place if you need a storage unit.
This place has great prices and good staff that are very helpful, would recommend.
