Rented a 5x5 storage unit online and was quoted $48 monthly, when I attempted to store my belongings I discovered that the unit was actually 3.5x4.5. The attendant came over, I measured for him so that he could confirm the ACTUAL size, he apologized and gave me a different 5x5. The shelf that I was storing 4.5’ wide, fit in this one. Wonderful staff, clean facility, and the young man there was very helpful.
Customer service is disrespected here. After being a great customer for 7 years I was lied to, disrespected,( told that my receipt was fake and was not a receipt cuz it didn't have an invoice number on it. In all the time I paid on the cubesmart ap, my receipt was my proof of payment. I paid my august payment in person. as well at $613Then was put under duress and forced to pay a $200 lock out fee after the locks being cut the day before and allowed to take our 1/2 of the unit out plus was given a key code to get in the next... read more
The manager was very polite and friendly. More than willing to help and very easy to talk to. Never seen such amazing customer service. Brandon definitely has me referring cubesmart to everyone I know
