I like the mall, it is a fun place to hang out but I recently found a store that does not belong in a family oriented mall though. It is called Spencer's. If you value your children's innocence and you do not want to be asked questions, stay away from that store. Either they should be completely out of the mall, get rid of their inappropriate products or close off that part of the store and Mark it as adult and have a security officer check ID.
I'm sadden to visit the Visalia Mall in the condition it's become. It's apparent the owner is not local or care to invest in this community! That mall was vibrant with a variety of shops, restaurants and activities for individuals of all ages. Now there's a handful of stores with even less guests. I hope the owner, stockholders or investors read this post, become angered enough to do something to invest and improve that mall!
