This is a really great size mall for the city of Visalia and closest to my place!
I like this place cuz its the one the key hangout spots in Visalia. Its part of where Visalia makes its money, and people here get to spend money and have a good time.
Have lunch at Chinese gourmet Chinese bowl is bomb and very filling and cheap...love the stores also
