The Prices are really Great and the Environment is always New and explosive! Very nice place.
There is a grip of places you can shop at. I have very seldom encountered any trouble while i shop everybody holding hands, thier children's hands going here or there. A very nice atmosphere to shop maybe bring the little ones and spend your day shopping.
I have been a regular customer of Pennys at the Visalia Mall. Today while walking towards the little kids section... I tripped on something. I picked it up and it was a new eye shadow compact! At least a $35 dollar value. I thought about what to do. I decided to go to the customer service dept. inside Pennys and hand it in to the 'Lost and Found Dept.'. Well... There is no real lost and found dept. I explained to a clerk what happened. She went to talk to somebody else about the situation. I guess this is not done very much ... read more
Hoilday season and no security unless you shop Monday thru Friday between 8 and 4..good luck with that..and the cameras don't constantly record and they don't look out for their customers
