When my son repeatedly told him the ring was not his, the owner lied over and over and insisted it was his original ring. Do not use Visalia Jewlery Services!! My wife brought my ring in to be engraved for an anniversary present. They engraved it but said the dies slipped so it turned out very bad. So I brought it back and asked them if there was anything they could do to fix it. The owner said he could polish it out so it would look like it did before he engraved it.
