My experience with Visalia Hearing Center & Dr. Finnegan has been outstanding in every way! He and his staff are professional & knowledgeable yet very compassionate. Dr. F. is very easy to talk to & answers all of my questions clearly! VHC is my choice in every way and I've recommended Dr. Finnegan to anyone who will listen.
I was very very happy at this establishment. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful and Dr Dan is the man. He is very thorough easy to talk to and funny. Check it out.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Finnegan for helping my mom. She has needed a hearing aid for so long, and he made the entire process so easy and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and patient throughout. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Nothing felt complicated or overwhelming. The staff was also so friendly and welcoming. We are truly grateful for his help.
The staff here is excellent. I am from out of town and did not buy my hearing aids from them, but they cleaned them and gave me feedback on how they are programmed. I would highly recommend them if you want personalized service!
We were traveling & needed help with my husband’s hearing aids. I called Visalia Hearing Center & they were so helpful. Kim was wonderful on trying to help us get them fixed. I would definitely recommend them for any of your hearing aid needs.
