Scheduled a vehicle pickup for what I thought was a warrantied repair through the online scheduler. My vehicle was not drivable. Dealership was a no-show at the scheduled time and not reachable by telephone to confirm. After a 2-hour delay, I was able to contact the Service Department and explain the situation. Great work timely manner friendly atmosphere very pleased
I brought my truck in due to a check engine light. I rand the codes and relayed those to the dealership. The dealership did not check the codes. They replaced something totally different that had a recall on it. Very frustrating.
Great service by all parties... Donny Landry is a great guy. I called him personally and have bought 2 vehicles from him. I will be back for my 3rd. The loan guy was also very courteous and was able to get me close to the amount I wanted to pay. I really like this dealership...
