Michael was great. Car was scheduled, dealer did the work, called me to pick up. The car was there longer but I knew the parts had to get orderd since Michael had informed me prior.
Very professional, communication about my vehicle was clear. I highly recommend this location!
Fast convenient service.
Took my vehicle in because the check engine light was on and the engine was making a noise when starting. Diagnosis took one week. It took one week to obtain parts needed and a third week to do repairs. Vehicle seems to be running fine; however, the lower rating is due to poor communication the first week and they parked my vehicle next to a water source for a period of time.
