I went to the local dealer to find the best qualified mechanic for my oil leak and malfunctioning camera. "Mike", the service writer, sold me a diagnostic package and divided the service amoung several issues. The results were that I needed one repair (replace camera) but a second problem (minor oil leak) could be deferred with proper attention to the oil levels. Below average at best. Bronco "market adjustment" = ripoff. Trade in value lowball. I had to make additional payment on traded in car even though they said they would pay it off.....I told them more than once, verbally & in writing, DoNot drill holes in front for license plate, they drilled holes anyway, said they Had to, even though there are plenty of pix showing new vehicles without front plate... after care has been average at best ......I take it elsewhere for service.
