I had to call the Sales department to get through to the Service department
I’m going to continue purchasing from Visalia Ford.
Had a bad experience with a service technician at this location. After my vehicle was worked on, the technician took my car on a test drive and heavily accelerated, screeching the tires for several seconds. When I asked him about it, he was disrespectful and dismissive. The manager stepped in, handled the situation appropriately, and resolved my issue, but due to the lack of respect and reckless handling of my vehicle, I will not be returning.
