Doesn’t bother to communicate. Expect to wait a week for a battery replacement without any communication to tell you the reason. Pretty sure they just forgot my vehicle was even there to be worked on and had to be reminded when I finally called for an update.
Very knowledgeable staff. I went to look at vehicles for my mother and I was greeted by a good salesperson by the name of Juan. I’ll definitely be back there to purchase when she is ready.
Very professional establishment. Ask for Juan Solorzano. His track record speaks for itself.
Donny was awesome. He tried his best to communicate with my family in Spanish. Kept us laughing and made the whole experience easy for us. 10/10 experience. Definitely will be coming to Donny for any future purchases with my family.
