Today, I was able to try the cryo-sauna for the first time, and I was quite impressed. I was looking forward to the cryo-experience, but was surprised by the very nice set-up! The room looks like a modern lounge, complete with couch, dressing rooms, and everything you need (robe, etc.). As for the actual cryo-spa, it was invigorating! I was excited to give the cryo tank a try. I was afraid It was going to be so cold that it would take forever to get warmed up again. Though very cold it was very tolerable . After going the full 3 min and then stepping out, my body was almost immediately warmed up. Quite a rush. Would love to try again.
Visalia Cryo set up is a pretty amazing recovery! This morning was my first time hopping in there and I feel like a million bucks! Tyler made it very comfortable through the whole process on what to expect. Definitely worth it!!! Glad this big bad boy is running!!!
