It was completely opposite of what I read. He was in a hurry. More concerned about his new AI program taking notes than listening to me. At one point was kinda rude. It felt hurried rushed and frankly no concern for my health at all. I won’t be back. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day or my care back in Kansas City was far more superior and I didn’t realize it.
Andrea addressed the issue and cared for Dr. Pok's patient with all of his concerns. The problem of not getting through is being addressed with Mercy, and they are setting up a call center to help with the overflow of calls. Please be patient with the Doctor and his staff they are genuinely doing their best to get everyone taken care of.
I have been a patient since mid 2011. He is an absolute outstanding caring physician. Dr Pok always, asks, Do you have any questions, for me. Excellence at it’s Very Best. Reassuring and Peace of Mind; when, one leaves; his office.
