VisaHQ is an unprofessional company and their failure to communicate ended up costing me over $1500. I sent them my Passport and all the necessary documents for a visa for Brazil. Professional, fast, gets the job done!! I needed a travel visa fast for a trip. Found this company online and they looked good. Spoke to the rep which assured me I'd get my visa in time for my trip. They did a good job. Got my visa ahead of time. My trip went well, thanks to them!!
I needed more pages in my US passport, and didn't want to have my passport out of my hands very long because it's my only ID. VisaHQ got my passport back to me faster than expected (they received it Monday and shipped it back to me on Friday, despite me only paying for 5-7 business day service). They sent me e-mails updating me each step of the way; all was smooth and I'd definitely use them again.
