I needed more pages in my US passport, and didn't want to have my passport out of my hands very long because it's my only ID. VisaHQ got my passport back to me faster than expected (they received it Monday and shipped it back to me on Friday, despite me only paying for 5-7 business day service). They sent me e-mails updating me each step of the way; all was smooth and I'd definitely use them again.

Way to go, VisaHQ! After saving more than $5000 in airfare and hotel reservation this is the least I could do. While packing our bags for the trip to Europe I learned that my passport expired!
