The entire team at Visage is patient, proficient and polite! The doctor always listens and puts my concerns at ease with her knowledge and wisdom.
I was charged a 40 dollar co pay for a referral. The doctor was l in my room for less than 2 minutes
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The customer service I received was inconsistent. It was good sometimes, and bad when they seemed stressed. I’m out of state and very busy. I grew concerned that I never received my electronic paperwork, and we discovered the morning of my appointment that they had my name and email incorrect even though I had tried to confirm multiple times and was assured it was all right. My experience was back in April. I offered to pay my copay at that time, to which it was refused. Now, 8 months later I’ve finally received a bill. Seems a bit odd to bill so late after an appointment has been completed. On top of it all, it’s very evident that it’s a third party company, so more people with access to my medical record that I was not aware of upfront.
