My husband and I had been a patient here for 3 1/2 yrs. We both have struggled with skin cancer and I had multiple facial surgeries and my husband had one. Then out of the blue our Doc would NOT let us be in the same room. My hubby doesn’t remember things about his cancers (he has had colon cancer as well). Called ahead to confirm that this dermatologist could treat my daughter as a minor with specific procedures — I was told yes and scheduled an appointment. After the initial visit they proceeded to schedule the treatment, took a deposit from me, and then called me a day later only to tell me they cant treat her age… thats fine but my only issue is tbey are still billing my insurance and wanting me to pay the remainder when they could not follow through with treatment and now I have to start from scratch and go elsewhere.
