I will absolutely be reporting this company to Medicare. So far we have been scheduled for 2 different Zoom appointments for care for my Grandmother but yet to even have 1 single meeting. We were referred by the rehab facility who told us we would be contacted in 48 hours. It was double that time. When I spoke to them to set up the first appointment, I had them repeat the number back to me twice to make sure they heard me right because there was some feedback on their side of the line. Tried several times to get a refill on my prescription. Called several times and left my name and number,never got a call back. That was just over a week ago. Still waiting for a call back .
