Customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a front lip for my car. The one they sent was not the one I ordered. They refuse to answer any emails. I would leave a zero star review if I could. I would not order anything from this company. They will take your money and send you whatever product they want and then never answer your emails. I had a very disappointing experience with Luis Racing. I've been trying to contact them for over 15 days by phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook because I wanted to buy a wing for my Honda S2000. They answered me twice and told me they would call me back to confirm whether the part was available, but they never did. I had a transaction with this company last year and the customer service was unacceptable. Most concerning was the refund process, which did not comply with the company’s own stated policy. The refund issued was incomplete and lacked proper explanation. If a zero-star rating were available, it would be warranted.
Great service! My CF hood came in perfect condition, and arrived in less than 7 days! Fred was very professional and explained the shipping and receiving procedures clearly. I will be ordering more stuff from VIS very soon!!
