My husband bought a hood which arrived damaged. Took FIVE MONTHS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL to get the damage claim approved only to find out VIS expected me to keep the massive box it came in or no refund?? Ridiculous. Idk how this crap show is still in business. Avoid at all costs.
SCAMMERS. This company was happy to sell auto parts but they are NOT willing to correct their mistake. With this company, it is the consumer who must pay for them sending the wrong parts. Since they do not speak English well you are at their mercy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a front lip for my car. The one they sent was not the one I ordered. They refuse to answer any emails. I would leave a zero star review if I could. I would not order anything from this company. They will take your money and send you whatever product they want and then never answer your emails. I had a very disappointing experience with Luis Racing. I've been trying to contact them for over 15 days by phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook because I wanted to buy a wing for my Honda S2000. They answered me twice and told me they would call me back to confirm whether the part was available, but they never did.
