Absolutely miserable company to deal with, especially the Community Manager who manages our HOA (I honestly don't know what she does for us except cause problems.) I had issues with the resale certificate that I purchased in anticipation of selling my condo. The resale certificate was missing the reserve study, as well as many other documents. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. We had a property management company that embezzled from our HOA and they were still a million times better than this management company. I lived peacefully at my condo for 6 years with out a single violation or any issues at all and then this company takes over and I get a made up violation every other month. I have even said I wasn't at home the time of some of those noise violations (of which there is no rules for daytime noise) and then they so oh well it... read more
