I asked my stylist to move the time I had originally booked for, she could not do the new time, which was totally fine. I wanted my hair done for a specific event so I went ahead and asked to cancel my appointment since she could not do the new time. She then tried to charge me a $40 cancelation fee. Upon pointing out that I was canceling before their deadline and therefore shouldn’t be charged a fee, the stylist got incredibly angry and hung up the phone before I could say anything else. Michelle, and all the stylists, are warm, welcoming and ever helpful. I have been going to Vis a Vis for decades. Outstanding skill cutting my thick, wavy hair, which is a challenge! Highly recommend to young and 'older' customers.
