My husband and I visited Virtus to improve our overall health. Dr. Erwin was wonderful. He walked us through everything patiently before, during, and after the DEXA scan and VO2 max test. The workout plans he provided were incredibly thorough and were specific to each of our needs. We highly recommend him and his clinic for anyone ready to make a change in their life to work towards better health!
I recently had an assessment with Dr. Tim, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. During my visit, Dr. Tim provided a detailed breakdown of my current health status and gave me very practical recommendations to optimize my performance—balancing jiu jitsu, resistance training and cardio. I walked away with a clearer picture of what my body needs and a personalized plan to improve strength, recovery, and overall longevity.
Dr Erwin is beyond excellent. His clinic has all the state of the art equipment needed to analyze all the major systems in the body from heart and lung fitness to cellular performance. I spent an hour with him and he spent about half of that explaining the results. It's clear that this is his passion.

Dr. Erwin Was super kind and helpful for my DEXA scan. I am one week out from my bodybuilding competition And he is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to thoroughly explain to me my results Regarding my body composition. I highly recommend as I have completed DEXA scans through other third-party companies Where it took a long time to get an appointment it was expensive and no one explained any results.
