My business was robbed in one of their commercial buildings on Sahara. The robbery was acconplished by breaking in from the unit next door. I was told upon leasing that there was on site security after hours. Another tenant (State of Nevada) showed me that security guards did not show up for literally weeks at a time. They documented this with camera's they installed at their own expense. At first the building denied this fact but when the evidence of the cameras was referred to they simply said " i guess cameras do not lie"... read more
There seems to be no method for problem management with this unprofessional company. They do not represent their clients interests. Property owners beware.
The managment is terrible , we have been complaining for over 6 months about the homeless , dealing of drugs and the stent of urine at our business . Jamie the property manager does not care. Will not do anything to solve this problem .
Brent Beck JR. is awful. He makes fake promises and then doesn't respond. He collects your personal information and then comes back with a bunch of other BS that wasn't ever duscussed from the beginning.
Unlike the other people writing the negative reviews here, I am in the commercial real estate industry and have been for 25 years. Over the last 3-4 years, I have worked with the owner, Chris, on various projects and have found him and his Agents and staff to be very professional. His property managers have always responded to my inquiries almost immediately and thoroughly. Virtus has impressed both with their market knowledge and work ethic. Highly recommended for property management, leasing and investment sales.
