This company is a total joke. They have sent me 7 peoples devices to my address. Their name, their info, everything sensitive sent to me, but for some reason my address. I have called them, sent them back, asked to speak to management, told them this is a serious problem and they are putting peoples information at risk. I was told they would fix it. Since then I have now received 5 more peoples devices. I am going to file a HIPAA complaint for each one. This is a scam horrible company and should be shut down entirely.
My Dr office accidentally sent them Rx for a sleep study. Even after they were told to cancel order, I still received texts, calls and emails. They are too aggressive - sending equip without my ok or confirmation. Annoying and unprofessional. I’ve blocked them - beware of pushy and assumptive sales.
App was glitchy and unreliable throughout the course of my virtuox test. Never got a response from their patient response team. Never received a bill until 8 months later. They filled my voicemail over 3 days with messages from a line flagged as spam and restricted number by my phone provider. When I returned their calls to try and pay a bill I never received email or mail notice for was given the runaround. Dr ordered a home study. The Pulse Ox app didn't work. And you can never reach anyone by phone because the system crashes when trying to connect to an agent.
Terrible company, do not use them. Sent two devices and neither worked then received a bill for $200!
