The Virtuosum team were fabulous, always patient and supportive throughout my son's treatment, even though he broke his wires quite a few times. Great facilities at both rooms and flexibility to attend either rooms.
Virtuosm Orthodontics is consistently amazing. So professional, courteous - service with a smile. They are amazing with children (and grandmothers too). The clinical areas are spotless. From the minute you walk through the door to the moment you leave - the service is seamless. Grandson is at the start of his transformation journey but have nothing but confidence in Dr Sean and his amazing team. Everything is explained - the photos put on a screen are discussed in detail and no question goes unanswered. Thank you Virtuosm.
My rating is based on my experience as a child, in the Box Hill Clinic, and my experience as an adult, returning for a consultation around 10 years ago. Firstly, my airway issues from physical trauma was missed. I have external notes to back this up from a Max Fac surgeon. The team missed these issues, despite seeing me frequently, as a child.
