Dr. Lindsey was so helpful and educational! Her approach felt custom tailored to my issue vs. a one-size fits all approach! She explains what's she is doing and sent me home with "homework" which has totally helped my plantar fasciitis!
Dr. Lindsey Hoffman is incredible. She gets right to the root of the problem. I never feel like I am just another patient. I often feel like she would spend hours on me if she had the time. She is so knowledgeable and equipped to bring instant relief and gives you the tools necessary to prevent injury!!!

Dr. Lindsay was great with my daughter, explaining everything she was doing and giving her exercises and stretches to do at home to help speed the healing. My daughter loved going to see her, and is happy to be back up and running with her cross country team after just a few sessions. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindsay for any athlete.
