Absolute WORST experience at a gynecology office. The women at the desk were beyond rude and not helpful at all. Took an entire day off of work to go to a follow up appointment where they refused to give me my results of my Pap smear (clearly a HIPPA violation). Even though I told them my medical insurance would be changing at the beginning of January, no one bothered to tell me I had to go get a referral from a PCP to get my results!
