I recently had the pleasure of using Virtuo and I couldn't be more grateful for their service. The convenience of their drop-off and pick-up box service was fantastic, allowing me to focus on the move without worrying about logistics. If you're looking to simplify your move, especially during a downsizing transition, I highly recommend them.
This company was free with my Brookfield home purchase. They suck. Just do things yourself.
Virtuo provides a one of a kind service. I can't even describe how much time they saved me with their home concierge service. They saved me from numerous calls and never ending form filling tasks. It's a smart service provides with excellent customer service. We were supported by Olha who was always available and helpful. We are definitely recommending Virtuo!
I would like to thank everyone at Virtuo who was helping me to move in my new home stress free especially Keyana. She was supportive and responsive, answering all my questions and providing me with the info I needed. She kept checking in to see if I needed any more help after all other helps were done such as setting up my mailbox with Canada Post, utilities with Enmax, and arranging garbage, recyle and organic bins with the City of Calgary.
