The people are nice. The products are good. But the person who cut my hair did not give me the cut I asked for. I had even brought in a photo and have had this cut before. Not once while cutting my hair did she consult with me to make sure things were looking the way I wanted. and even when she was done, I was not asked if this looked ok. which it did NOT. This cut that I got is a typical walmart hair cut and it looks terrible on me. also, if this was what I wanted, I'd of gone to walmart for it- rather than pay big bucks to... read more
