Booked a service a while ago and it was cancelled last minute because the owner fired the young lady through text and would not let her do my service. After days before there was no AC and the young lady was unable to wax me due to constant sweat coming from my body. I read the message as she showed me for proof she’s not lying and I couldn’t believe it. It was so unprofessional and horrible to do to a new beauty professional.
