I spent 90 day's at Houston Virtue recovery center. I can say that I feel that I can make it through recovery. I chose to do CPT therapy with GiGi. I am truly happy and grateful for being about to get that help with my PTSD trauma. She is a truly amazing and caring woman that gives her all for the clients at Virtue. This was the first time for me to go to treatment. I feel so Blessed that Virtue was the first and only one I called and went to. I was very scarred when I pulled up because I had never done this before and had no idea what to expect. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and acceptance by the clients and staff. I would highly recommend Virtue to anyone seeking a safe place for recovery.

I am sleeping on the ground outside of Virtue Recovery right now. As a victim of trafficking and a newly sober drug addict, being homeless makes the future questionable for me. This is very dangerous, and not to mention I am deemed high risk by this facility. The man in charge whose name is Drue: Discharged me with no plan, or reason. When asked directly why I was being discharged his response was “no comment”- which is literally factual, I was removed from the premises after asking for a cigarette. Truly a wonderful place. Laid back atmosphere but definitely not too laid back. The therapists are amazing, The nursing blew me away as well. All of the staff are amazing. The facility itself is very nice and always clean unless the clients make a mess. lol. I am telling you give this place a try. Virtue recovery saved my life....Need I say more!

Excellent facility and program. Just the right size, 24 max clients, small atmosphere makes for conducive environment to share and be heard. The techs are excellent and attentive. The counselor’s are amazing. And there’s an extra level of care for veterans and trauma related issues. Food is good, phone privileges, Streaming TV in rooms…honestly I have no complaints. Best part I’m leaving a better, stronger man than I was when I came in. All my goals were met.
