I'm a first time seller, and I was fortunate that I had Dane to help me through the process. He took care of all of the details (like repairs) since I had already moved out of town. I had 2 offers several hours after my condo was listed. 25 days from listing to Close of Escrow. Incredible. Dane's knowledge of the luxury condo market is outstanding. Both Dane and Char will reply to any questions immediately.

I’ve been dragging my feet on my formal complaint with the division of real estate but my realtor, working under Darin’s brokerage, told me I had 5 days to cancel escrow and get me earnest deposit $ back. I canceled on day 3 and she told me, oops it was only 2 days, they’re keeping your money. I was distraught. I literally have texts in which she acknowledges telling me it was 5 days. Truly, I was devastated. Instead of making it right, Darin submitted me to an unhinged rant about how hard he works. I’m disabled. I don’t wal... read more
