He knows so much about different medications, not just the most commonly used ones, all the pros and cons, and things that they can help with beyond the main benefits, and he's often looking things up during appointments to find out even more and make sure you're making the right decision together. He is generous with his time in appointments and has some evening availability, and he checks his own emails and gets to things quickly. He's also a very kind and compassionate person.
