First of all I'd like to say that the lady's in front are very professional and also when making my appointment they are courteous an friendly, then the nurses that check me in who I feel know me as well as my illness. Then there's N.P.. Evelyn Nieves. Who as been very inspirational and a strong advocate in my getting well.. this is owed to Dr. Jeremy Goomer
Had my first visit today to establish care. Evelyn and the whole staff were amazing. I switched providers because at my previous provider I felt like I had to fight to get care or any type of referrals. Here at Virtue Primary Care I felt listened to, ALL of my concerns were addressed instead of being told I need multiple appointments for each concern I had, and I left feeling super happy and confident that I got the care I have been looking for. I’m so happy to have found this place.
This one is hard to do, I didn’t want to leave a bad review. Gomer and Evelyn are great. However, their staff is horrible, specifically Tiffany. If you need a pre authorization, She won’t call you back, you have to constantly call and hope she is available to answer. The one time she did answer she said she was going to submit the authorization to the insurance company but never did. My pharmacy reached out to her multiple times, my insurance company, who should be the slow one, reached out multiple times as well as myself. ... read more
