Horrible service and it wasn’t even the server’s fault. They have two servers for the upstairs and ours had at least 5 tables plus a big 20 person party. The other server seemed to only have one table for some reason. There was no maple syrup served with French toast. You’d think that would be a given but I guess not. Food was lukewarm and arrived almost immediately after we ordered it, almost like the stuff on the brunch menu was just sitting under a heat lamp waiting for people to order it. Good whiskey list though.
I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the blonde hostess who greeted us. From the moment we arrived until we left, she displayed a clear attitude and was unnecessarily aggressive in both her tone and body language.
