Terrible customer service... tried getting quote for grass and they didn't wasn't figure out how much head I need when I gave then the square footage
I think this is a small operation. Only one review posted some 5 months ago. But I called them for an estimate around 12:35pm today. Got Mike's voicemail after 6 rings. Will try someone else.
Virtual Lawn was at one of the home shows, and I got an estimate for landscaping my back yard. After discussion, they helped me design the entire project. We included an area with their synthetic grass, and I am very happy that almost 9 years later, the grass looks practically brand new. We have had pets that do their thing, and the grass is easily washed off. We have two large trees that drop leaves, and I use a broom or even a vacuum sweeper to keep it looking great.
