I always give a company high marks when they take a mistake and make it right. Alina from Virtual Homes Realty reached out to me and made an effort to correct the problem I had. The team at Virtual Homes Realty is the best - they have REALLY gotten real estate figured out. With the real estate work I've done in the past, I'm always amazed at the sheer quantity of paperwork that needs to be done. Virtual Homes Realty delivers a hugely better experience, as many of the tedious documentation steps have been moved to the computer. It's so much easier! If you're an agent looking to hang your license with a good real estate broker the Florida area, definitely give Alina a call.

As a seasoned real estate investor I thaught I would try to find my own residential income properties in Florida... Wow, what a mistake! After I found Virtual Homes Realty I found 3 properties in the first week and was able to close in under a month. Virtual Homes Realty handled every aspect of the deal and over-saw the preparation for rental and then tookover every aspect of the Property Management. My husband and I are considering a move later this year, so we made an appointment with Alina to view some houses and get a feel for the area. Alina was fantastic! Great to rent from, we've been in our house 4 years and 1 month and I see them every month to pay rent. The are understanding when asked to be and friendly.
