My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at Virtual Framing in the Solano Town Center. She found a poster she liked, displayed in a clear plastic holder with multiple copies, and began pulling one out—assuming, as anyone might, that they were available for purchase directly from the display. Instead of a polite correction or guidance, the owner abruptly stormed out from the back and shouted “WHOA WHOA WHOA! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!”—startling both of us. Sylvia was friendly and helpful! I have a custom piece with uneven edging and she helped me get it matted for a more finished look. The whole process was very easy and the price was reasonable.
