RecommendedI went to Virtual Dimensions due to a problem with my computer not charging. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it the same day. Excellent service at a reasonable price.
Took my daughter’s laptop in for repair and found them to be very professional and friendly. Tyler kept me informed during the whole process. The turn around time was very quick and within a few days my daughter had her laptop back. We were very happy with the service that was provided and will definitely use them again if we ever need any repairs.
My family has always go through Virtual Dimensions since I was a kid. They very friendly and got my computer back quite quickly. I was happy with the price and definitely recommend them to others.

I broken the screen on my laptop and not only did they fix it they made sure I was satisfied. He also recommended an update if I wanted it and it runs so much better now. After months of running badly and losing access to things like YouTube, my computer finally crashed and wouldn't reboot. (You'd think an adult would have been smart enough to have it looked at before this happened, but no....). Great service, took my pc in at 9 a.m., wasn't booting up, that was fixed and a few other things, including a Windows 10 upgrade and I had my pc back at 3 p.m. the same day. I got a phone call the next day to ask how things were going, I thought that was nice customer service.
The owner of this company is very customer oriented and an incredibly knowledgeable individual in the field of computer repair/diagnostics. This is where you want to go if your computer isn’t performing like it used to!
If anyone has computer issues I strongly recommend Virtual Dimensions in Fairfield. I got my mom's old desktop computer and They gave me a VGA cable I needed to connect my computer monitor to the tower for free! Came home and connected it, the computer still works! Thanks guys!
