Horrible . Dropped my husband off here for a swollen ankle , 9 out of 10 pain . He’s been here sitting with no word no help . Is this a hospital?? Not oky . This place is disturbing.
Editing review. In person service is great. They took care of everything in person and answered all questions with patience. On phone staff needs training on patience and how to talk to patient and worried family members with empathy and patience.
The staff at Virtua Voorhees ER are compassionate and concerned professionals. I went there with a severe and chronic problem that they promptly addressed. Jen my nurse was attentive, reassuring and made me appreciate her level of experience. Dr Whylings was thoughtful, direct and understood my situation. She got me treated quickly and on my way home in short order. I would recommend Virtua hospital and staff to anyone needing care.
Had to get treated on bed in the hallway and was put next to multiple people violently vomiting the entire time. They dont take into account that others may have fear of throw up. What could have been a 30 minute visit was 5 hours long.
