My daughter went with me to the er from my drs office at 12 noon and didnt get out until 12 midnight so 12 hours in the er . I really think there needs to be a cut off point where if your sickness isnt life threatening then you should stay home and wait to be called from the er management and told to come in at a certain time . No sense bogging up the er if its not serious . I was never offered a bit of food when i was there , my daughter went to a food place and bought soup . Do NOT go here if you have any form of intense anxiety and are seeking help. I went here because I have been having panic attacks for 3 days, after a wait time of almost 6 HOURS I finally decided to leave. It took that long for them to say they could try and get psych to see me, they could maybe give me something to help with my anxiety. When I asked if they had any time frame for these things….no sorry it’s an ER what do you expect? After 6 hours I was exhausted, starving and upset. On 9/25/26 i was taken to the ER at Voorhees. After waiting a short time i was taken to a room. Not sure but i think it was 33. I looked to the left side and on the counter was a urinal with urine in it, there was also a specimen cup with urin in it, plus some trash. As soon as a nurse came in i complained and she said that she was .ad to see that. She cleaned it. A few minutes later she returned with the charge Nurse Who apologized. The Charge Nurse even looked embarrassed.The rest of my stay was good.

The drs are so rude ignorant and disrespectful to the patients only a few are respectful and are worthy of treatment of the patients and ur love ones.. let me ask u this don’t u want the best for ur loved one when they sick and in desperate need of emergency treatment of coarse u do…

ER staff and Triage nurses are rude and do not listen to a word you are saying.....just scripting to "get done". Rude and condescending. If you don't like your job.....get a different one.
