When did the emergency was in severe pain I was shocked at the doctor and the nurse treated me. I was crying. I had anxiety. They didn’t say one kind word to me to help me at all. In fact, they seemed to get more distant towards me as I had an anxiety attack and was crying I told them I just wanted to go home and instead of calming me down telling me everything will be OK. Sitting in a bed 8 hours. No update. I saw a doctor once. The staff are huddled at the nursing station talking about Zamboni . I have no clue what’s going on with me after being sent here from an urgent care where I was told I was just coming for a ct scan. It’s more than 12 hours - what kind of disaster is this place??!! Is there no one keeping accountability for the progress of the patients? Do I get to know what the plan is??
My father was taken to the emergency room for blood in his urine and trouble urinating while on vacation and visiting the area. After some tests he ended up being admitted on iv antibiotics. He was there for 5 days and they didn't even tell him all of the health issues they found just that they were "treating him for an infection" and that his diverticulitis had flared.
