Don’t go to this ER if you want to be seen first come, first serve instead of actually being triaged for patient acuity and illness. Because if you’re in severe pain, the patient sitting on their laptop will be seen before you, who could be in the fetal position in the waiting room. This is not how you triage patients and this is a disgrace. As a nurse myself, I’d be embarrassed to work for this organization especially if I worked in the ER.

The emergency care was amazing. I had the sweetest transporter (blonde hair, but can’t remember her name). Dr. Whylings was caring and compassionate and the nurse (Dominique) was excellent. Great experience and I felt like I was in good hands.

Billing practices are suspect and potentially illegal. Same service was provided twice over a 5 day span. One day we were billed $3k and 5 days later we were billed $800. Same room, same service and a drastically different price. Billing cannot assist and said everything was billed correctly, escalation went nowhere. Quality of service provided was adequate but they are throwing darts at a board in what they are charging. Do they care about a negative Google review? Probably not.
