The receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional upon my arrival. The rest of the staff was courteous and professional.
Very friendly quick to get checked in and seen doctor explained the whole process best urgent care i have been to in awhile
The receptionist told us to sign in on clip board and told us to take a seat we waited for an hour when she finally called us over she said we didn’t sign in and turned us away. She let people who came in after us who signed in go before us no appointment or anything.
the girl up front tonight was very rude and took 10 minutes just to appear at the desk, just to say “oh we’re all booked up, you’ll have to come back tomorrow at 9am” soooo…what’s the point of an urgent care if my care isn’t urgent enough to be treated?? will never visit virtua ever again
