I saw Dr Joseph Costabile on Wednesday, January 21st for a possible blood clot. Dr Costabile reviewed my test and concluded the ultrasound was showing a previous procedure done a number of years back. It was a very good relief finding this out. Dr Costabile was so professional, caring and concerning in regards to my concern. I would give him ten stars if I could. Thank you.
Let me start off by saying Dr.Costabile and his nursing staff are amazing. The appointment schedulers are beyond rude and need a lot of work in the customer service department. I was mis scheduled for my appointment and now the time I need is not available I was told my appointment was set for 12/18 at 3:30 and then after i checked my chart I realized they scheduled it for 11/20 which i declined that appointment because I couldn’t come. Dr Zheng is an excellent surgeon. He cares and listens to his patients, and carefully explains the procedure he's going to do. He also has a wonderful bedside manner and you don't feel rushed during your visit &/or appointment.
