I am my mom’s advocate for any medical concerns and have the authority to speak on her behalf. I also attend most of her appointments to support her. My dad has dementia, can barely walk, and has other serious medical issues. It is VERY hard to bring him to an on-site appointment (for him and me). For our first appointment, the doctor eventually came in, saw my dad for 30 seconds, and apologized saying he had to rush off due to an emergency at the hospital. He quickly noted some instructions, told me to bring my dad back once a week (what???), saw my face and changed it to 3 weeks, and ran out the door. Not once but twice, I've needed these Doctors. Would use them again. This group of surgeons are caring if not loving to their patients.they also explained everything that was happening in terms of procedures and treatments. The office personnel are so friendly and also compassionate.
