Only go here for my hip and knee replacements needed. They are fabulous with a great friendly staff. Always number 1 in my book.
I've tried unsuccessfully to reach a live scheduler to even get an appointment scheduled. I waited 20 minutes in the queue. Then I called back and chose the option to have them call me back. They called back in 15 minute only to put me right back in the same queue where I was #19 in line. Will not be calling back! Will go someplace else.

Another example of a broken healthcare system. Went to urgent care day beforefor broken ankle and the bill for exam, xray and temp boot was about $250 out of pocket. Seems more than reasonable. Went to my orthopedist as recommended for follow up by the urgent care dr. Got charged over $600 $291 of it was for a ankle brace that cost between $10 and $20 on amazon. It is a pleasure going to this facility. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr Bertha is very professional and down to earth. Answers all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.
