This review is based on the experience I had with a Dr. Alami. She was supposed to do a removal of a cyst on my right foot in June. She wanted me to believe that the cyst will return after I had the procedure done so I’m going to take it as her not being able to do the job effectively. First she didn’t fully communicate with me. If she would’ve said go upstairs to get a x-ray. I’ll send the script up there. That would’ve made life so much easier. Dr. Alami is very awesome to talk to. She's empathetic and her concern is genuine. Gave me various options and I am already feeling a lot better.
I would like to acknowledge three people who went above and beyond their jobs this past Friday. I had an appointment at Reconstructive Orthopedics. I was expecting to see one doctor but there was a scheduling issue. I was upset but Sean, LuAnn and Justina were kind, supportive and caring and made my experience good despite my disappointment.
