Dr William Smith and his assistant Charli have gone above and beyond to provide me with such care.They are extremely compassionate and thoughtful, and have always been willing to simplify the most complicated diagnosis. Dr. Smith is one of the kindest and compassionate doctors I have ever known. From the moment he walked in the door, he made me feel like I was important. His examination was thorough, and he explained everything in my terms, so that I would understand everything. His physician assistant, Charlie, is also kind and explains everything thoroughly. She makes you feel comfortable especially when I was in so much pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone looking for a fantastic physician.

I had an appointment with Dr. Smith today for a thumb problem. Charli took me to the exam room, we talked about my issue and she made sure my medical record was up to date. Charli is very nice and knowledgeable. She explained things and gave me a lot of information. Then Dr. Smith came in and explained in great detail what he was doing today and what the next step would be after today's visit.
