I had to get 3 shots over 3 weeks. The staff got me in and out very quickly. Highly recommended
I just waited over an hour on the phone to schedule an appointment. Never got the appointment because I was in phone queue waiting to be helped. Finally hung up because it was after 5. This should not happen!!! I just lost an hour of my life. Shame on Virtual Reconstructive Orthopedics. I have always been more than happy with the care I have received here - if you are lucky enough to get beyond the switchboard. Love my doctor - just can’t get an appointment,.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I see multiple doctors at this location. All of the staff from check in to nurses, PA-C NP and Doctors are excellent at what they do and so pleasant to work with. Schedules are flexible. I recommend anyone looking for orthopedics care come here or any reconstructive orthopedics location. Their culture is on point.
Doctors and staff were very helpful and professional but the phone messaging system is horrible. They need to re think how to communicate with patients.
Be warned they close at 7:30 not 8pm.
