Had a terrific appointment today with Dr. Patel! She was very patient and compassionate about the pain I was in. She thoroughly explained the options, the procedure, and care plan. The wait was minimal. The folks in the office were excellent, particularly the nurse. Thanks to Ashley, April, and Bobbi Ann for their kindness!
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. I arrived before my appointment, but there appeared to be a breakdown in communication at the front desk because it was very busy. I was incorrectly told that I had arrived late. After I clarified that I was on time, Dr. Mehta told me I was “next.” Instead, a patient with a 12:30 p.m. appointment was taken before me while I continued waiting. My first New Patient appointment was a hit disturbing. The interaction with the MEDICAL ASSISTANT to Dr. Sacchetta was miserable. Her name is LATASHSA. I thought she was talking to me after I saw the Dr.and I said sorry I didn't hear you. Latasha replied back loud and arrogant. I WAS NOT TALKING TO YOU AND IT WAS LIKE SHE HAD HER HEAD ON A SWIVEL!!!!
