Very happy with the experience. Scheduling was easy (podiatry - new patient) and I was able to get an appointment for the same week. Came in to get evaluated for custom orthodics to help manage pain. Dr. Collins was great! Very kind. Very caring. He was very thorough and asked plenty of questions to make sure he had a good grasp on what's going on with my spine. The office is in the basement: it’s dingy, carpets are stained and dirty-looking, the leather-covered exam table is old and has stains that were not cleaned. This office is not the type of quality Virtua portrays in their marketing and should be addressed.

Dr. Mangel was able to sucessfully close an open wound on my foot, that several other doctors were not able to do. Dr. Mangel will call or email via Virtua's App when needed and communicates well. Which is great and unsual for doctors to do these days. In addition to the supurb medical care, this review is about the support staff. Who are all wonderful caring people. I came in for a visit with Dr. Mathews for foot and ankle pain. Upon the first time meeting her she already had the previous doctors report that diagnosed with plantar fascitis. I was unsatisfied with the diagnosis from the previous doctor so I reached out to Dr. Mathews. Dr. Mathews did not examine did not do her due diligence with me and one again misdiagnosed me with plantar fascitis and gave me another injection.
