Dr. Paz is a very caring doctor. He has wonderful bedside manner and just treats his patience with respect. I met him on June 30 and he was outstanding found out what was wrong with me immediately and sent me to the hospital. I had a fractured femur which no one else was able to detect. He made arrangements before I even left his office with the hospital and told them exactly what they needed to do and called the surgeon, Dr. Palito. they don’t make many doctors like Dr. Paz these days. I visited Ortho Urgent care in Moorestown on December 30 for pain and swelling in my left knee. The PA who treated me ordered x-rays to assess the extent of the damage, then withdrew fluid and injected cortisone to relieve the pain and swelling. I have followed up with an orthopedist for further treatment which, right now, is not needed. Excellent!
There was a time when this would be a five star review, but they have gone downhill. It has been so hard to get in touch with them. My time means nothing and after being on hold for 40 minutes I couldn't get an appointment with my doctor for SIX WEEKS. I asked if i could go to urgent care for a cortisone shot, but that is not permitted any more. Just suffer for six weeks. I am so disappointed with this practice.
Wow. Seriously the nicest place I ever been too. The front staff was so pleasant the entire time. The assistants and the doctor. Listened to me. Didn't blow me off. Helped me and even joked around. They took their time. Weren't rushing me. Didn't seem annoyed. I had some question to ask the front desk. I wasn't ever sure if it was their job to answer those questions or help me with stuff but they all did. While being polite as hell too. They didn't roll their eyes.
